Her approach is shaped by her own life. Rachael and her husband, Nels, have raised a large family and now enjoy watching the next generation grow. That devotion to family informs the care and foresight she brings to every client’s plan.

Since 2019, Rachael has practiced as a solo attorney, combining transactional work with broad civil litigation experience. Her work in construction defect, insurance defense, and general liability matters gives her a practical perspective on anticipating potential legal challenges.

Alongside her legal career, Rachael has been a licensed California general contractor since 2007. This background brings real-world insight into property, construction, and asset management—particularly valuable when an estate plan involves real estate.
